If a client attends a for a Well-being & Gender scan and declines a chaperone, what is the right course of action?

A chaperone must be present in all scans for the benefit of the client and the staff. Explain this to client and if they still decline the scan must be abandoned.
As it isn't an internal scan it isn't a problem. Conduct the scan appointment without a chaperone.
Take a call. Sometimes a chaperone isn't necessary.
