The following modules will talk you through the 4 main customer touch points. Including: Call handling & booking, reception & sign in process, the scan room experience and the print area. It is important to note that the examples shown are best practice and you may find your wording/terminology to suit the area you are running on the scan day and the family you have in the clinic at the time.
