SAW. Phone Calls & Booking Appointments

There are several ways a client may contact us for more information to include the website, email, Facebook or by contacting by phone. Included within this module we will talk about best practices with relation to meet & greet but also entering a booking onto our in-house booking system. As you become more experienced you may be asked by your clinic manager to handle calls on a more regular basis and at this point, they will give you a further insight into different scenarios but also how to work the system.
